John Saito is a product designer with more than 15 years of experience in the tech industry. Currently a Senior Product Designer at Snowflake, his professional journey has led him from being a teacher to a project manager to a UX writer to a product designer. He has worked at companies like YouTube (where he was the very first UX writer), Google, Dropbox, Lattice, and Design Sensei.
